Time for season 3 of the LC League!
Like the AFL, it’s a round robin style tournament that will be on for a number of weeks. Each registered player will get the opportunity to verse each other player in the competition, but there’s a difference. This isn’t just one minigame, in 2024 it’s four – BedWars, KitPVP, TNT Run and Spleaf. Each week will be on a different map, with the exception of KitPVP, which has a new, dedicated map!

Starting Friday April 5th, matches will be played each week, but strictly between Friday afternoons and Sunday nights – no matches during the week, so you can all focus on school! This is so it’s fair to everyone that can’t play during the week. You won’t be able to verse every person on every map, as it’d take forever – if we get 16 players registered, it’ll be a 16 week competition, plus more for a finals series.
Like with our other tournaments, it’s up to each player to sort out their matches. Matches will be available on the LC League Island (image above) in the Minigames Lobby at the start of each week.
If matches are not played between Friday afternoons and Sunday nights, they cannot be delayed to the following week or weekend. The player that puts the least amount of effort in to scheduling a match will be forfeited.

KitPVP Changes for 2024

As KitPVP is now a cumulative scoring system, not per match, it makes it a little harder to set up, so we’re doing things a little differently for PVP. The new map (seen above) called 10Themes Arena will be limited to 3 players in the world – the two players and a moderator. This world is a priority world for the League players that need it, plus a mod.
The moderator will be in at the same time to run the stopwatch and do the count of deaths. You’ll have 5 minutes to play! You’ll also know who the moderator is before the match starts.
Points & Scoring
Each match you play earns you points, regardless of if you win or not!
Win: 2 points
Lose: 1 point
Forfeit: 0 points
You need to actually play to get a point! The opponent of the forfeited player will get an automatic 2 points.
Once you’ve played your match, it is the responsibility of the players to confirm the results in the League Discord channel, or in an in game mail to Johnsan if you don’t have Discord access.
IMPORTANT: You’re better off playing and losing instead of forfeiting. You’ll improve your chances of getting into the finals series.
Prizes
Up for grabs are some diamond blocks and mega crate keys for the top three at the end of the finals series, and the top two (winner and runner-up) get an exclusive rank on the server itself for the following year – League Champion, and League Runner-Up.
Also up for grabs this year are some JB HiFi vouchers! $100 for the League Champion, and $50 for the League Runner-Up.

Registration
To register, send JohnsanGeezo a mail in game. Registration is free, but you need to be available to play each weekend in order to complete your matches and get those points. Registrations close Monday 25th March at 9pm. No registrations will be taken once the competition has started.
Once registered, you’ll get the LC League Discord role and access to the League channel. The first match-ups will be available on Friday March 29th, to be played the following weekend, from Friday April 5th.
Ladder
The LC League page will be updated on the website that will include the full season draw (the matches), and the current ladder, plus this information and a little more closer to the date.
Last season was a big one (and a lot of fun), so make sure you register for the third annual LC League competition, and ask in game or in Discord if you have any questions.
